Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy
At Thermaculture Inc., our goal is to make sure you have the best possible experience with our products.
If there’s anything we can do to improve your satisfaction, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
We’re confident you’ll love your sauna experience, but if it’s not the right fit, we’re here to help — and we'll make the process as simple and fair as possible.
Return Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied with your sauna tent and stove, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus a $50 restocking fee.
The $50 restocking fee helps cover the cost of inspection, light cleaning (if needed), and repackaging the item for rentals or open-box resale.
The sauna tent and stove must be returned in good, respectfully maintained condition, with all original parts and packaging included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We totally get that setting up and trying out your sauna means there might be some light signs of use — that's no problem at all.
We just can’t accept returns that show heavy wear, damage, or missing pieces.

Warranty Policy
All Thermaculture sauna tents and stoves come with a limited one-year warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
If something isn’t working properly under normal use, we’ll repair or replace the product — or the affected part — at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications
